Abstract
Digital management plays an important role in the organization of public administration and the provision of services in the modern era. These activities cover both domestic and interstate issues, which also include monitoring and evaluation of social changes with all citizen initiatives. The main purpose of the article is to identify modern models of digital management in the public sector, identify real experience and provide recommendations in this direction.
During the research of the scientific article, reports of the OECD, the World Economic Forum, the United Nations on the application of artificial intelligence in the public sector and assessing digital management, as well as materials from scientific research in the field of digitalization of public administration processes were used. The methodological basis of the research work is empirical and theoretical-methodological methods.
The scientific article evaluates the integration of digital technologies into public administration and the role of artificial intelligence in e-government, examines local and foreign experiences in the implementation of programs that facilitate the creation of e-governments. Innovative models of digital governance in the public sector are being explored, the role of electronic services in optimizing organizational structures and processes is being discussed, and the integration of digitalization into the public administration process in Azerbaijan is being analyzed. As a result, the risks in the digital management of the public sector are taken into account, preventive measures are taken to minimize them, and future challenges are identified, and recommendations are given for improving existing systems.
