It aims to advance in culinary tourism by turning this hosting into an advantage as cultural richness and diversity of local flavors in its cuisine. The literature suggests that in order to be successful in culinary tourism and to create a positive image, first of all, the resources must be determined and they should be used effectively. Erzurum cuisine also contributes to Turkey's unique cultural heritage with many important traditional products. Therefore, this study focuses on the culinary culture of Erzurum, which reflects the Turkish culinary culture and characteristics to a large extent, and aims to attract the attention of gastro tourists who are in pursuit of flavor by revealing its past and current situation. It is also aimed to increase the attractiveness of the culinary culture by recording the tools used in the traditional production of food, food and beverages, which have an important place in Erzurum culinary culture. In addition, rural tourism has a great importance for the rural development process by contributing positively to the regional economy. For this reason, the protection-use balance of rural areas should be well established. The natural and cultural landscape values of rural areas should be preserved and the lifestyles of the region should be evaluated in line with today's needs. In this context; Civler village of Çanakkale Merkez district, which has tourism potential with its historical and cultural richness as well as its rural character, was chosen as the study area. It is also environmentally friendly and has characteristics of sustainable rural tourism. Traveling by caravan is appealing since it usually entails lodging in forests, mountains, coastal locations, lakes and rivers, historical districts, and regions with great natural and cultural richness. Outdoor leisure has grown in popularity in Turkey, particularly during the pandemic period, and caravan users have also increased. Because it makes activities like utilizing natural and cultural resources in rural and urban settings, as well as closely watching and researching, enjoyable. The most crucial condition for enjoyable travel is the provision of utilities such as electricity, clean water, a kitchen, bathroom, and toilet in caravan camping places. In this perspective, this research focuses on caravan accommodations in the Canakkale region, which has many natural and cultural attractions. According to the report, there are 283 campsites authorized by Turkey's Ministry of Culture and Tourism, 34 of which are located in Canakkale Province. The investigation resulted in the mapping of the current licensed caravan campgrounds in Canakkale, as well as the identification of places where many caravans park uncontrollably. The aim of the study is to reveal the effect of hydrotherapy awareness levels and customer quality perceptions on the quality of life of tourists participating in hydrotherapy applications. Within the scope of the study, it is aimed to increase participation in hydrotherapy practices by measuring the effect of hydrotherapy awareness and customer quality perception on the quality of life of tourists. The application area of the study is hotels, SPA establishments and hydrotherapy centers where hydrotherapy is applied in Antalya. A survey form was applied to collect study data. In the analysis of the data, t test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analyzes were used with the SPSS package program. As a result of the study, tourists' awareness of hydrotherapy differed according to marital status, age, education level and income level, but there was no difference according to gender, nationality and the reason for choosing the hydrotherapy activity. Tourists' perception of customer quality differed according to gender, marital status and income level, but there was no difference according to age, nationality, educational status and the reason for choosing the hydrotherapy activity. Within the scope of the study, it was also tried to determine how the work motivations of service sector employees were affected by COVID 19. The study covers different occupational groups working at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University Dursun Odabaş Medical Center. In the study, data were collected using the questionnaire technique by using quantitative methods. An online questionnaire was applied to 410 employees. The first part of the questionnaire included questions about demographic characteristics, the second part included questions about fear of COVID 19, and the third part included questions about work motivation. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS-20 statistical package program. As a result of the analyzes made, it was determined that the employees were partially afraid of COVID 19. It has been observed that the work motivation of the employees is low. As a result of the study, it was determined that there is a negative relationship between the fear of COVID 19 and work motivations of physicians, administrative personnel, health workers and permanent workers working in the hospital. It is thought that this study is important in terms of revealing how the employees who serve in different statuses in the health sector are affected while working under pandemic conditions. Afetten etkilenen nüfusun yer değiştirmesi ve kamusal alanlarda barınması hastalık bulaşmasını artırabilir. Bu nedenle afet bölgesinde hijyenin sağlanması için temiz ve yeterli gıdaya erişim, temiz su temini ve sanitasyon çalışmalarının yanı sıra kişisel temizlik ürünleri, adet bakım ürünleri, acil sağlık tesisleri ve ilaç kullanımının kontrolü de önemlidir. Afetler sırasında ve sonrasında geliştirilen yardım hizmetlerinde eczacılar önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Afet bölgesindeki eczacılar hijyen, ağız bakımı, regl ürünlerinin temini ve kullanımı, el yıkama, umumi tuvalet kullanımı gibi konularda halkı bilgilendirerek halk sağlığının korunmasına ve hijyenin sağlanmasına yardımcı olabilirler. Ayrıca hastalık semptomlarını önlemek veya hafifletmek için profilaktik tedaviler de uygulayabilirler. Eczacıların afet durumlarındaki rolünün, uluslararası acil müdahaleci tanımlama sistemi, içme suyu temininde klorlama sistemi, el ve yüzey dezenfeksiyonuna yönelik formülasyon uygulaması gibi çeşitli tanımları ve önerileri bulunmaktadır. Halk sağlığının ve sağlık sisteminin bozulduğu bu afet durumlarında hayati rol oynuyor. Eczacı, hastalık semptomlarının gelişmesini önlemek veya hafifletmek için profilaktik tedaviler uygular. Genel durumlarda ve afet durumlarında danışmanlık kapasitesi sadece ilaçlar ve kullanımları ile sınırlı olmayıp, hijyen, ağız bakımı ve regl ürünlerinin temini ve kullanımı, el yıkama ve umumi tuvalet kullanımı konularında da halkı bilgilendirmektedir.&lt; a i=1&gt;Ayrıca bilgilendirme, olası hastalık bulaşmasının önlenmesi ve tedavisinde izlenecek yolu da kapsar.
